Great Spot

The cottage was immaculate. We had so much fun on our trip, and we would 100% get this place again when we come back out. We hope to come again in the summer when we can get out on the lake.

Beautiful views!

The cabin is right on the lake, so we had full access to go swimming, row boating, or just sit on the deck and enjoy the scenery with a coffee. An eagle even visited one of the trees in the backyard when we were there! The cabin is in a great location - near the main road with a grocery store, Walgreens, and gas station minutes away; about 15 minutes from the cute town of Wolfeboro, and about 40 minutes from Conway. We even took a day trip during our visit to Portland, Maine, which was a little over an hour away. The cabin itself was clean and comfortable with plenty of sleeping options and a well stocked kitchen with more than enough plates, cups, silverware, etc. The couch was especially comfortable and cozy! The cabin had everything we needed to make our trip fun and relaxing. We loved our visit and can’t wait to stay there again next year!

Lovely spot!

Great spot! Beautiful and quiet lake, house was so clean and perfect for a family stay! Loved using the paddleboards and kayaks!

We loved the house and the views and lake are amazing! Only thing that wasn’t great the yard was full of dog poop from the previous renters so I had to spend time picking up someone else’s dog poop.

Highly Recommend!

We had an amazing time here! The property exceeded our expectations, and we loved spending time swimming, kayaking, and fishing in the lake. Its proximity to town made grocery shopping incredibly convenient. We even took a day trip to the ocean, which was just an hour away. We can't wait to book again!

Perfect lake getaway!

This house is perfect for anyone that wants a peaceful vacation but is conveniently located near great shopping and tourist attractions for the adventurers. Duncan lake is perfect for anyone that enjoys fishing, swimming or just sitting on the water without the large crowds.

The house was on a beautiful lake in a very convenient location. The house was basic in its furnishings but comfortable. The big problem was i booked through vrbo but its a vacasa property and their customer services is horrendous. We had no soap, shampoo, or conditioner, the dispensers on the walls were empty, no big deal things like that can be missed. I reached out immediately and 20 texts, 5 different people and 15 hours later we still couldnt get anyone to drop off the stuff so i had to go out and buy everything then spend an hour on the phone to get that refunded. The home has an occupancy of 8 but they only supply you with 1 "serving" of laundry detergent, 2 for the dishwasher and it was a 5 day trip. I was told i needed to supply everything after that initial "welcome box" The kitchen sink was loose but not leaking and the umbrella on the deck was broken so we couldnt use it. This house would be a 5 star house if vacasa had any type of customer service. Ill never book a place they run again and im very disappointed that vrbo pushed me off on them when i very clearly was trying to book a vrbo home.
