"Next to the train station and very convenient. Beautifully decorated and felt new. The hotel itself is cozy, quiet and upscale. Room is spacious and bright. Good linens. Comfortable bed. Pillows are too soft for me. Wish there were hair conditioner. The balcony is large. Breakfast buffet has great selections and a few more things that are made to order. Enjoyed the stay. Highly recommend it."

"Beautiful hotel, staff was friendly and accommodating. Located within a short 10 minute walk to the town center. Breakfast was nice. Mostly pastries and fruit, eggs and bacon. Pool was very nice and the spa was amazing. Food at the hotel was just ok. Portion sizes are small considering the price and taste was just ok. There are lots of great food options just a short walk away. Overall I had an amazing stay and would recommend a lake view room!"

"Nicko was absolutely fantastic! He was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make my partner and me feel welcomed and cared for. His kindness and attentiveness truly made our stay extra special and exceeded our expectations. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming, but Nicko was truly exceptional and deserves special recognition. The hotel itself is gorgeous and exceptional—beautiful, comfortable, and everything we could have hoped for during our stay in Switzerland. We had such a wonderful experience and will definitely book this same hotel again on our next vacation to Switzerland. Highly recommended!"

"We had the best stay at Kurhaus Cademario. We stayed for 5 nights and began each of our mornings with the delicious included breakfast and some time at the spa. The spa is wonderful and kept so clean. The outdoor area by the spa with sun loungers gives you the most breathtaking view. The staff (waiters, cleaning staff, front desk, etc.) were all so kind. The front desk was so friendly and helpful- I’m not certain or her name - I think it might have been Rosanna - was so lovely and made us feel welcomed. Rooms were spacious and air conditioning was great. There’s a bus that goes directly to Lugano from the hotel which was super convenient!! We loved every moment of our stay and will 1000% recommend this hotel to our friends & family. Hopefully we’ll return soon!"

"Have been coming to Hotel Butterfly for many summers as a base to hike the mountains and enjoy Zermatt. Close to train station, excellent staff, delicious and varied breakfast, clean and well appointed rooms and lobby and food related areas, safe and quiet surroundings. I could go on and on. See you next summer ☺️"
