「I can’t say enough great things Vila da Santa! Excellent, helpful, friendly (especially Javier) staff! The restaurant is top tier! Food, service, ambience, and decor. The location is perfect. On the beach and most everything else a short walk. And the breakfast can’t be beat! So many delicious options! Would absolutely recommend! 」

「I booked and paid for two rooms through Hotels.com, but when I arrived, I was only given one. Even though I showed my confirmation for two rooms, the hotel refused to fix the mistake. I ended up paying double for what I actually received. ​On top of that, the hotel is in terrible condition. It is poorly maintained and clearly not looked after. I have tried to complain, but the hotel is completely unresponsive and shows zero interest in correcting their errors. Do yourself a favor and stay...

「This luxurious boutique hotel is perfectly located, offering gorgeous views and just a short walk from Rua das Pedras. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the amenities were outstanding. We traveled in July, so the heated pool connected to the sauna was an especially wonderful touch. The bed was very comfortable and shower was great! This has become our favorite new gem while visiting Buzios!」

Cama confortável, internet funcionou em qualquer área do hotel. Café da manhã com variedade para atender a todos os gostos. A piscina e a banheira de hidromassagem com uma vista linda!!!!!
