Ideal for Pet Owner but Communication Gap during Emergency

We stayed for nearly a month with our three medium-sized dogs and appreciated that the apartment was pet-friendly, clean, and well-located — just minutes from shops, groceries, and the beach. The unit was well-equipped for a longer stay, with in-unit laundry, two toilets, and a small welcome kit. However, we encountered a serious emergency (a lockout), and the response from the property management team was delayed and unhelpful. While we appreciated the initial apology, the follow-up communication felt impersonal and dismissive. Overall, the property is ideal for pet owners and well-suited for longer stays, but better emergency support and direct communication would improve the experience.

Betrügerische Beschreibung des Appartements und nerviger Baustellenlärm

Das Appartment war mit 100m2, Pool, Parkplatz und Arbeitsraum beschrieben. Die Appartementgrösse waren ca.58m2 zzgl.ca.8m2 Terrasse, es gab keinen Parkplatz geschweige denn einen Pool und keinen Arbeitsplatz. Stattdessen gab es 3 Baustellen direkt gegenüber mit dazugehörigem Baulärm. Die Betreuungsfirma Huswell hat trotz Beschwerden über die Situation und die Sauerkeit der Wohnung und die fehlenden Ausstattungsmerkmale keinen Betreuer vorbei geschickt. Ihr Angebot bisher 30 % Rabatt. Wir werden unsere Rechtschutzversicherung zu Rate ziehen. Von unserer Seite ist das Appartement und die Firma Huswell keine Empfehlung.
