Eine sehr moderne Wohnung mit viel Platz.

Eine sehr moderne Wohnung mit viel Platz. Tolle Einrichtung vernünftige Betten, gut ausgestattete Küche mit zwei Kaffeemaschinen ( Nespresso, Filtermaschiene). Toller Blick auf das Wasser, top Lage in alle Richtungen ob mit Fahrrad oder der Tram. Es gibt einen Stellplatz / Garagenbox in der TG. Das Immobilenbüro ist immer sehr freundlich, ist schon unsere zweite Buchung bei Jolie Invest.

Moderne Wohnung

Moderne hochwertige Wohnung im 3ten Stock mit 2 Balkonen. Einer auch mit Blick auf den Strand (zumindest teilweise). Hochwertige Ausstattung sogar mit extra Weinkühlschrank. Das Büro vor Ort war telefonisch leider schlecht zu erreichen. Negativ war auch dass man den Hausmüll quer über die Hauptstrasse tragen sollte(wo auch die Strassenbahn herfährt) und dort (gegen eine kleine Gebür) in einen öffentlichen Mülleimer werfen sollte. Da auch in der Tiefgarage ein extra Müllraum vorhanden war, erschlosss sich uns diese nervige Regelung nicht wirklich. Durch die Hauptstrasse mit der Strassenbahn direkt vorm Haus dringt auch Lärm ins Haus. Empfindliche Personen könnten beim Schlafen gestört werden. Die Fenster schützen leider nicht sehr gut gegen Lärm. Tipp: Wer eigene Bettwäsche mitbringt sollte bedenken dass die beiden Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten jeweils durchgehende Matratzen und auch nur jeweils eine grosse Bettdecke haben. Die Tiefgarage hat eine Einfahrthöhe von 2.00 Meter. Bei grossen Autos ist das Parken etwas anspruchsvoller da es kein normaler Stellplatz in einer Tiefgarage ist sondern quasi eine extra Garage in der Tiefgarage. Alles in allem aber eine sehr schöne und neuwertige Unterkunft. Der Strand ist gerade mal 50 Meter weit weg und nach Ostende ins Zentrum sind es ca. 3 km. Also fußläufig über die Strandpromenade gut zu erreichen. Bäcker und Supermarkt sind auch direkt vor Ort.

Gemütliches Wochenende

Wohnung & Lage perfekt. Leider Herbstwettter Wind & Regen Sehr gute hochwertige Ausstattung. Leider war der Check in sehr oberflächlich. Es gab keinen Haus/Lag plan/Wegdetails . Das Büro war nach 60Minuten geschlossen, keine Telefon Nr für Notfälle. Nach 1 Std haben wir die Wohnung "gefunden " Danach war es ein super Aufenthalt.
