The Casale consists of a bright living room, with dining area and kitchenette, sitting room with television and mezzanine floor with sofa bed for 2 guests. The house is completed by the master bedroom and bathroom with shower. Every room is air conditioned. The house is also equipped with a good sound system and internet connection.

The main feature of Casale Cimino is its position: just 3 kilometers away from the sandy beaches of Ostuni (Rosa Marina, White Beach Club in Monticelli and Baia di Camerini) and 4 kilometers away from Villanova, with its supermarkets, shops and restaurants. The most famous town, Ostuni, with its beautiful old town centre is only 9 kilometers away. The strategic position allows the guest to easily arrive at Monopoli, Polignano a Mare, Alberobello, Torre Guacento, Brindisi and Lecce.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Mandatory towels fee: euro 25 per person per week to pay upon arrival.
