Maison agréable mais quelque peu décevante

Maison agréable et située dans un quartier joliment fleuri et à deux pas de la mer. Cependant, l'entretien de la maison laisse quelque peu à désirer : poignets et placards de la cuisine très gras, canapé dans le salon sale et offrant des coussins qui ne tiennent plus en place, les évacuations des douches en partie bouchées car mal nettoyées, robinet de l'évier dans la cuisine très mal fixé, idem pour la barre à rideau dans la cuisine, le gaz le plus grand et donc le plus utile de la gazinière ne fonctionnait pas, la clim dans la chambre aux lits simples ne faisait pas de froid et la porte de la douche extérieure était en partie cassée. En outre, l'annonce sur Abritel (à l'inverse de l'annonce sur le site de Wonderful Italy) ne précise pas que l'accès à la piscine est payant et qu'aucune réduction n'est possible (à l’inverse de ce qui nous avait été dit). Enfin, je regrette que la personne qui nous a accueillis n'ait fait aucun effort pour nous donner des conseils touristiques et pratiques : elle semblait très pressée et nous a installés en quelques minutes à peine.

Il villaggio è molto bello e la casa confortevole, Mariantonietta di Wonderful Italy è una persona speciale, cortese e gentile!! Piscina molto bella, pulita con i bagnini molto attenti...ai ragazzi/e della reception manca un po' di cordialità. ...se ci fosse la possibilità di sfruttare meglio il mare fantastico che sta di fronte al villaggio, ci tornerei senza pensarci!!
