Hotel Monte Sarago was excellent. Paola and the other ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful. For everything from directions to planning day trips, to transfers, they did an exceptional job. The restaurant staff were also great. We enjoyed a few dinners at the rooftop restaurant and the daily breakfasts were fantastic. Would highly recommend.

The hotel has excellent parking facilities, which is important in Puglia where parking can be challenging and confusing! Hotel itself is 10-15 minute walk to old town, which is fine and has a nice rooftop terrace bar and restaurant. Rooms are nice and comfortable, with good views over Ostuni (see photos). Breakfast is fine. The only negative is it is €40 to use the indoor pool (in the spa) which seemed expensive!

Perfect hotel! (And I rarely say that) Free parking across the street is a bonus for when you’re out all day exploring or at the beach and just want to come back and relax and have dinner later. Walking distance to center of town. Exceptionally clean. Friendly and professional staff there to help you with all your needs including the reception, servers, spa attendants, and the maids. The spa was very reasonably priced and incredibly relaxing - try the “percorso” which is a little bit of everything. And last but not least the breakfast was abundant and even varied a little each day. Will return here next time I am in Puglia.

Free and secure parking was available. Breakfast was quite adequate. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was excellent; it was within walking distance of the city center. We left the car at the hotel and explored everywhere on foot. We didn't have much time, so we didn't get a chance to experience the spa and pool. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is an excellent hotel if your’re planning on venturing around Puglia. First, Ostuni is beautiful and very worth seeing. Two, the hotel is about 10-15 minutes walking to city center but don’t let that deter you. The amount of carbs and gelato you’ll be consuming, you’ll need the extra steps. Three, the bus pick you up and drops you off right in front of the hotel which makes getting to the train station (for Puglia city hopping) very convenient. The breakfast buffet served in the morning is delicious and bountiful. Spa!!! Make sure you make time for a spa treatment. Very clean with excellent amenities. Carla was my massuese and she had magic hands. Staff in the front is super sweet and helpful and willing to help you any which way they can. Rooftop restaurant is very good too, with an excellent view of the city. Make sure you make time for Lecce and Trulli houses.

The property is clean and modern and within walking distance of the historic center. It was also very convenient to have parking just a few feet away as it can be challenging to find a spot in the city. Front desk staff was very welcoming and always ready to help.

This is a nice hotel. Very helpful staff, nice rooms and only a ten minute walk to the heart of the old town. Very good restaurant within the hotel and superb breakfast every morning. Overall, a very good choice.

In walking distance of the main sights and plenty of dining options. We were travelling off season so practically had the hotel to ourselves but that didn’t stop them stocking a lovely breakfast buffet in the morning. This amazing hotel has a great location over looking the white city of ostuni. We had a lovely experience and stay in this outstanding place. Everything about it was perfect: stuff, service, location, rooms, breakfast and lovey rooftop restaurant for a fine cuisine, view and comfort. We loved it and give it 10 out of 10!

This property was conveniently located to the historic center of Ostuni. They had parking available very close by. The staff was very accommodating. The breakfast has a large assortment and everything was fresh and delicious. The room is a nice size and the beds are very comfortable. I highly recommend staying here.

Impeccably clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice bonus, the spa was excellent. Didn’t intend on visiting the spa and booked completely last minute to end up having an exceptional service. Large and varied breakfast spread also better than expected.
