“Great location however it was the only bonus. Cleanliness just hit the par, appliances also just hit the par. However couches and overall decor was sub par with big tears in them. Bathroom facilities were also underwhelming, shower not suitable for taller people. As said, location is one of the only things going for it aside from parking. As a bookabach owner myself, don’t like to leave a negative review, nevertheless this left a bad taste in my mouth. Overall very disappointing for the money……

“Nice place. Comfortable and welcoming. Only downside was the warm weather heating the inside of the house and no way to cool it down. Wouldn't be a problem on cold days with plenty of heating options just nothing for cooling(that we could see) on the warm ones”

(Telephone support from Expedia was horrible. They said they could not help and gave me a U.S. number for AirB&B, which I could not call. Very disappointing.) “The lake view was great. We swam in it and it was cold but fun. We shopped locally and had a lovely three days and nights there. We had a great time in Arrowtown and Wanaka but hated Queenstown where we were ripped off.”

“We were given the wrong code for lockbox so took over an hour to get in, oven, dishwasher, bathrooms, windows very dirty, hair in bathroom drawers and both shower plugs, fluff from dryer ALL over the garage, empty body wash & hand soap bottles left in shower/on bench. No WIFI for entire week & it's rugby world cup! Empty kitchen soap and no cloths/scrubbers, Managers got cleaners in on the second day, couldn't get WIFI whole stay even after this had been offered. lots of cupboards and drawers……
