The main level features a fully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, cookware, and coffee maker, along with an open living area and pull-out sofa for additional sleeping. Full bathroom and master bedroom with queen bed and walk-in closet. Stackable washer/dryer included.

Lower Level
The finished basement offers extra living space, perfect for unwinding or hosting guests. Second bedroom with queen bed and a full bathroom ensures comfort and privacy for everyone.

Outdoor Space
Patio access provides a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings.

House Rules
Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. – 7 a.m.
No parties, tents, or events.
No smoking allowed—violations subject to a $500 fine.

Pet Policy
Two pet maximum, up to 75 lbs per dog. $100 non-refundable pet deposit required. Pets must be leashed while on property and crated if left unattended. Violations subject to a $300 fine.
