「We had a very relaxed time at the hotel. It’s in a lovely neighbourhood and we found it very peaceful, rooms were perfect, clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend it and I would stay here again」

「房間的牆紙有脫落，床褥太硬，唯一可讚揚的是浴缸是按摩池。 最差的是服務，抱歉是沒有服務。 我致電前台，希望他們幫忙提供碗碟，他們說要我親自去前台領取，因為一些個人原因，我希望他們可以送上房間，我於英國時是完全沒有問題的，但服務員送給我時，用極差的語氣跟我說，如果還有下次的話，會收取我服務費（因為說的很急，我的事情也很急，沒仔細聽清價錢）。 我明白你們有工作制度，但也不能黑臉向客人發難吧，而且我也不是經常麻煩你，只是那一次，整個酒店體驗變得極差。 另外，酒店只適合自駕遊的人士，因為交通極之不便，公共交通基本上一小時只有一班次。」

「Great place to stay. Most friendly service I have encountered for years. Hotel isn't new, but in great condition and clean. Very good breakfast with variety of options. Food in the restaurant is excellent, although the time you need to wiat for the meal might be to long for many people.」

「靠近市中心, 近商場及精品區, 夜晚逛街採購及吃飯喝酒都方便, 飯店的餐廳非常有特色, 服務人員各個禮貌, 男的英挺, 女的年輕貌美, 專業知識具備, 晚餐吃下來真是舒服愉快 餐點很有特色, 每一道均精緻好吃」

「This hotel is at the doorstep of the train station. Literally in the mall across the street. Go in, reception is on the third floor. The reception staff are very accommodating and friendly. Although the room is small it is adequate. I’ve never seen a mall as huge as this. Oh, and you will be close to the old part of the city. 」
