“Wir haben Mitte März 2023 bei Betterstays für vier Nächte dieses Apartment mit Küche gebucht und im Voraus bezahlt. Als wir ankamen, war der Schlüssel nicht in dem vorgesehenen Schlüsselkasten. Von der Servicestelle haben wir erfahren, dass das Apartment noch nicht gereinigt wurde und wird noch warten sollten. Zur Überbrückung sollten wir ein anderes Apartment bekommen, welches sich ebenfalls nicht öffnen ließ. Der vor diesem Haus hängende Schlüsselkasten war verbeult und die Zahnräder ließen……

Bring a gas cooker or one use bbq type thing for your meals or there are Restaurants or I saw a family with take away pizza. A little fridge, cutlery, plates and bowls supplied. Soft, fluffy towels, washing up things too. Supermarket 5 mins away. One needs to be used to being self-sufficient and down to earth. "The house keeping is terrible! I think they don’t really follow room check out status to perform cleaning. The staff just open my door at 06:30am for house keeping. I feel unsafe and strange. Even I already be their gold member I still need to wait over 20 mins to checkout at 10:30am, definitely not because of busy traffic, but only one counter is open, the great thing with this hotel is the location and parking offer. However it definitely strange to have someone break into my room at 06:30am and knock my door again at 10:00am which official check out time said to be 12:00pm"
