“Wir suchten nach einer Unterkunft, um ein paar Tage an der holländischen Nordseeküste zu entspannen und fanden sie in dieser Ferienwohnung. Die perfekte, ruhige Lage (200 Meter vom Strand entfernt) und die sehr gute und neuwertige Ausstattung ließen keine Wünsche offen! “Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in dieser Ferienunterkunft. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super – er war immer erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung war sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit allem, was man braucht. Besonders gut hat uns die schöne, ruhige Lage gefallen. Alles in allem hatten wir einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.”

“Es war Erholungsurlaub. Das Haus steht in einer Anlage - nicht direkt in Julianadorp, sondern im Ortsteil "Julianadorp an Zee" - ziemlich weit hinten- unweit der Tulpenfelder, am Wasser positioniert - romantisch - wirklich wie auf den Fotos. Wir, 4 deutsche Seniorinnen, kamen mit dem Zug in Den Helder an, haben uns vor dem Bahnhof ein Taxi genommen (30,- €) und am Folgetag ein Mietauto in Den Helder geholt (42,- €uro/Tag bei Oscar-Vermietung). Ohne Auto bedeutet, ab Haustüre, 45 Minuten……

“If you are looking at this apartment, book it now. It was a perfect base for exploring the north of the country. The hosts were very helpful and gave us many suggestions on what to see in the area. The apartment is located in a quiet area and is well equipped with everything you might need. We did miss that there were no towels but that was easily fixed by the hosts. Our mistake for not reading the listing carefully. We would certainly stay here again.”

“Der Aufenthalt selbst war wirklich schön. Angefangen hat er aber recht holprig, da die Beschreibung des Aufenthaltortes teilweise nicht gut nachvollziehbar war. Z.B hatten wir eine völlig falsche Hausnummer erhalten. Leider haben wir dadurch eine Einheimische sehr verärgert. Laut Beschreibung sollte es ihr Haus sein, was nicht der Fall war. Bis wir dann schließlich die für uns reservierte Wohnung fanden, hat es einige Zeit in Anspruch genommen. Aber wie gesagt, der Aufenthalt selbat war schön……

“Wir waren eine Woche in dem schönen Bungalow mit 2 Personen. Haben es sehr gut angetroffen. Alles war sehr sauber, frische saubere Betten / Wäsche und auch die Handtücher verpackt. Sehr hervorzuheben war auch die gut bestückte Küche mit mehr als reichlich Geschirr , Messer 3 neue Pfannen und alles was man so braucht. Auch die Terrasse mit Sonnenuntergang und in einer ruhigen Lage perfekt zum ausklingen nach den langen schönen Fahrradtouren . Brötchenservice war auch vorhanden . Alles sehr……

“Das Haus wird ab Abril 2023 vermietet. Also alles noch neu und intakt. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und hübsch. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Gute Qualität, zB Rösle-Töpfe. Feintuning fehlt noch etwas. Eine Knoblauchpresse oder eine Parmesanreibe hätten geholfen. Fahrradvermietung sehr nah auf dem Gelände. 3 Terrassen, je eine nach Osten, Süden, Westen mit jeweils doppelflügeligen Terrassentüren. Sehr schön, birgt aber auch das größte Problem. Es gibt für die Fenster keinen……

"Pls don’t pick this hotel if u expect u can have hotel normal service. They are digital hotel with no reception, no housekeeping from 1pm to other day morning. U they don’t expect u need a glass, or a fork and they won’t provide them in the room. To their suggestion, as a digital hotel, I think u should let your customer get those they need in a digital way, say self service counter for necessary. I didn’t get the digital key email before my check in. Lucky that I arrived a bit early before 2pm and surprisingly they still have staff there, ( as they claimed they will only have staff there before 2pm) . If not I don’t know how I can check in. ( I already called them to sent me but they still sent to wrong email address and the tel provided by Expedia is wrong. ) So please consider if u want a digital hotel which only digitized on their hotel key but not other service. "
