"I booked for a senior suite. I was placed in a junior suite because even though I had already paid they double booked it and gave it to someone else. I was upset, but they said I’ll be refunded for the difference. I reached out several time to the property, to Expedia and they weren’t able to help. Even tho I was given a receipt with the amount to be refunded. Now I am filling a claim with my bank. Additionally, the food was terrible, they only have one iron on the entire property which I needed...

"J'ai dû laver le frigo à mon arrivée, tellement il était sale et répugnant. L'entretien n'est pas assuré de façon régulière, alors que j'ai payé pour cela. Le brasseur d'air était tellement sale qu'il projetait de la poussière sur les draps de lit et à chaque coin de la chambre. C'était une horrible expérience de séjour."
