A 21 m² apartment on the ground floor of a quiet residence, ideal for 1 to 2 people.


• Sleeping area: 140x190 double bed, open closet with shelves and hangers, nightstand, and lamp.

• Living room: 2-seater sofa, wall-mounted TV, storage cabinet, coffee table, wall decor, floor-to-ceiling window with shutters.

• Dining area: round table + 2 chairs.

• Kitchenette: 2-burner glass-ceramic stove, sink, refrigerator with small freezer compartment, microwave with grill, toaster, capsule coffee maker, basic utensils, dishes stored in upper and lower cabinets.

• Bathroom: bathtub with shower screen, sink with vanity, toilet, towel warmer, hot water heater.

• Parking: private parking space (numbered, with a parking barrier).


The apartment is heated by wall-mounted electric radiators (convectors) and has double-glazed windows.


You will have access to the entire unit as well as all the amenities.

You will receive a set of keys.


Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.

Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.

The accommodation does not have Wi-Fi, but the cellular network is excellent (4G/5G depending on your carrier), making it easy to stay connected for calls, texts, or browsing the internet.


The apartment is located in a quiet, residential area of Ouistreham called Riva-Bella, just a stone’s throw from everything that makes the Normandy coast so charming. The street leads directly to Avenue de la Mer, a lively main thoroughfare lined with restaurants, ice cream shops, boutiques, bakeries, and convenience stores.


You’ll be less than a 5-minute walk from the beach and the famous Ferris wheel, which is set up facing the sea during the season. The Casino Barrière in Ouistreham, also nearby, offers a beautiful view of the waterfront and features gaming, a restaurant, and entertainment.


The area is ideal for getting around on foot: direct access to the thalassotherapy centre, the seaside promenade, the markets, as well as the harbour and its piers. Easy parking, relaxed seaside atmosphere.


Getting Around


The accommodation is located in Ouistreham, right in the heart of the Côte de Nacre, an ideal location for exploring the surrounding area by car.


Between Courseulles-sur-Mer to the west and Merville-Franceville to the east, the road winds past a series of charming seaside towns: Luc-sur-Mer, Lion-sur-Mer, Colleville-Montgomery, and Sallenelles—all easily accessible from Ouistreham.


As you follow the coastal road, you’ll pass through varied landscapes: D-Day beaches, cliffs, dunes, marshes, and small ports. It’s also a chance to explore some historic sites, enjoy good seafood restaurants, or simply stop to admire the sea.


Allow about 35 to 40 minutes by car to complete the entire journey between Courseulles and Merville-Franceville, taking your time.

From Ouistreham, every destination is within 15 to 20 minutes, making this accommodation a central and convenient starting point for exploring the coast.
