- Access by a tarmac path for 1200 m, this old restored barn offers you an exceptional calm and view, isolated between pastures and forests. Slate roof, light stone, small skylight... a typical barn of the Couserane mountains, with a view of Mont Valier and the ski resort of Guzet.
Nestled on the heights of Ercé, in the heart of the Couserans, this independent house of 90 m² plunges you into an Ariège still preserved from mass tourism. Here, comfort rhymes with conscience: spring water flows directly from the mountains, and electricity comes exclusively from our photovoltaic panels. A reasoned and self-consuming lifestyle, designed to reconnect with the essentials — a fridge that is always functional, soft lighting in the evening, the time to recharge the essentials.
