"The location is really convenient. There are direct buses from the airport, and the hotel is located just minutes away from the chaotic Tsim Sha Tsui. Perfect for an escape from the crowd. Check-in was a breeze, the room was clean and cozy. However, what stood out was the impeccable service. We were woken up by guests stomping their feet for hours through the night. I made a complaint to the front desk and the hotel manager on shift the night of 4 Feb, who came to investigate, but he couldn't confirm that the noise was from the guest just above. He offered us a room change the next day. Really grateful for saving our sleep :) Eaton Hotel will definitely be the first choice on our next trip to HK (Hopefully soon)"

"The room was spacious and clean. I loved the amenities such as the free shuttle, gym, and daily housekeeping. Location was decent- a lot of public transportation near by from bus and tram but no train station. "
