"Really beautiful apartment in perfect location. The place was big, very nicely decorated and very comfortable. Bathrooms were gorgeous with nice tubs and showers. Well appointed kitchen and living room. Deck was lovely with a nice view of the sea. Included underground parking was a nice touch. Right around the corner from the Main Street and just off the ocean boardwalk. Couldn’t think of anything they could improve. Highly recommend."

Large and old/rustic house that came with a fully equipped kitchen and two fire places for those who are afraid of the cold (buy your own fire wood). "This was a budget stay, which is what we had chosen. It was compact and functional, with a fridge freezer, microwave and TV. It was clean and tidy with parking. Amenities were close by. We arrived on a Sunday and restaurants closed early, which was a problem by the time we realised it!"

"Carin and her husband and the rest of the staff at Oude schuur guesthouse were amazingly friendly and accommodating. They helped with getting us a car rental and made some excellent suggestions for dinner in the area. The breakfasts were delicious and fresh, the room was spotless with daily housekeeping. We would recommend this place to anyone wishing to visit the Hermanus area. The mountain views from our terrace were spectacular as well. Be sure to book several nights, because you won’t want to leave. We arrived as guests and left as friends."
