Awesome cabin in a quiet community

We really enjoyed our stay at the Prancing Pony! Very cozy with all the amenities! We used the bbq grill and jacuzzi and they were great! The only issue we had was that we prefer firmer beds. Both beds were very soft. Loved the location as well! Great property!

Prancing Pony is a total package—a completely stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, a wood burning fireplace, a large back porch with rocking chairs, grill and propane fire pit, and best of all, wonderfully responsive owners.

Delightful Cabin

My husband and I had a stress free weekend here! Check in and out was very easy. The cabin was exceptionally clean and at a perfect temperature when we arrived. The community is nice an quiet and the neighbors were friendly. It is located far enough away from the bustle of Hwy 260, yet close enough for a quick ride to restaurants and shopping. We highly recommend a staying here!

Amazing cabin

This was the best rental I’ve stayed at. The cabin was beautiful inside and out. Immaculately cleaned and enough of anything you would need. Many extra touches and thoughtful things like toys for kids, dvd/vhs movies, dog dishes and bed, mints on nightstands, etc. TV’s in all rooms with easy to use Roku remote. Check in and out was so easy. The area is beautiful with lots of wildlife to watch from the huge patio out back. I would definitely rent this cabin in the future.

A Cozy Mountain Escape

The Prancing Pony was meant to be a base location for a quick trip to the mountains to hike and explore, but winter weather quickly disrupted our plans and instead we enjoyed a time of unforced relaxation. The cabin was equipped with a number of surprises, such as logs to build a fire and tons of soft, cozy blankets to keep warm. My kids found the vhs "antique" Disney movies, toys, and games to be a perfect substitute. The host was easy to communicate with and checked in on us. We truly enjoyed our stay at the Prancing Pony.

Relaxation and Solitude at Prancing Pony

Prancing Pony is a fabulous cabin. The nights and mornings on the back porch were quiet. The whole community was peaceful and dark sky allowed us to gaze at the stars. Hot tub was very enjoyable in the cool evening or early morning. The cabin had plenty of space to relax in, the AC kept us cool during the days that got warm. Amenities were great from TV, videos, Wi-Fi, kitchen appliances and cooking utensils. Bed was comfortable as were the sofas. Kaydee was very responsive and accommodating. My girlfriend is already looking to book for a girls weekend. We will definitely stay here again.

Amazing! VERY clean and cozy cabin. Kaydee is an amazing host! She’s quick to respond and the house is fully stocked with pretty much anything you could need. The cabin has a nice large back porch which we spent most of our time. The bison ranch community where this cabin is located is so cute and quiet! With a catch and release lake less than a five minute walk away. There’s a cute coffee shop Aztex coffee near by that’s delicious. Highly recommend. Already planning our next trip back.
