Nice place, common area is beautiful but lighting is poor on bedroom and bathroom. No where to put your toiletries. But the worst was the mattress. I have experienced bed bugs. I always check mattress at rentals for signs of bed bugs and what I saw was so disgusting I did not want to sleep on the bed. One rental could pay to replace that mattress.

Do not stay here until the construction is complete! This is a complete construction zone. This is an accident waiting to happen. Even the construction guys were shocked that we were staying there- they said it was a liability for us to be walking through. Nails and building material all over the walkway and on our door mat. This property should not be rented!

Assigned parking is excellent, we know we have a spot every time we decided to drive our car around town, unlike with major hotels, parking is often full. The top floor is amazing with fantastic mountain views. Stairs were not an issue even bringing in groceries. Very clean and modern with tons of space to hang out, cook and enjoy meals.

There was construction going on in the building, and it was not easy to find the unit. At night, the area was extremely dark with no lights at all. We had to use a flashlight just to find the unit and watch our steps to avoid tripping.
The pictures showed a beautiful mountain view and a newly renovated place. However, we ended up in a first-floor unit facing the street and parking lot, which was completely different from what was advertised.
I was also asked to take out the garbage, which is fine, but there were no garbage bins available to dispose of the bags.
Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not match the expectations set by the listing. I definitely would not recommend staying here.

The experience was very bad mostly due to; a) the exterior of the building was under construction and as a result the outside was very dirty, which got even worse due the to the intensive rain, b) and even worse, on Monday, August 3, the construction team was heavily hitting the exterior of the master bedroom's wall with a big hammer (very early in the morning) waking up all the family including my mother in law, who is 86 years old and finally c) the toilet from the master bedroom did not work properly and I have to fix it my self.
In summary, it was very bad experience for which cot me a lot, So, I do expect a cost discount and a serious apology to me an to my family.

Clean room, great distance to the village. The place is well loved but it looks like Renos were occurring, however the roofers working at 8am on Saturday morning were not a welcomed feature

Everything was fantastic! The property was under some construction with interlocking brick being replaced but that's to be expected in the summer season. The unit was clean, comfortable and everything was excellent. We will definitely stay here again!

Everything was great. It was clean. The bed seemed a little dirty where the pillows are. There was some dust there which I thought hadn’t been cleaned. Otherwise everything else was clean and tidy.

Overall, we had a great stay at Cachet Crossing. It's unfortunate that the property is no longer owned by Blue Mountain and there is no access to the pool. Other than that, the room was very clean and spacious.
We did have some issues with loud music after 11 pm and had to call in multiple noise complaints until 2 am.
Property Valet was very professional and talked to us about the noise the following day. No blame to put on them as they completely understood the situation and made multiple attempts to call blue mountain security.
It was just an unfortunate situation where blue mountain security did not act quickly and and we had no choice but to call the police.
A word of caution that there are major renovations going on at the complex, and you will see tons of garbage outside. We did see some glass and nails on the ground near our unit, but Property Valet made it right by sweeping up the exterior of the unit.
Despite the issues listed, we had a great time and would stay at the property again for a future visit.

Everything was perfect, super organized!
My kids loved this apartment.
The only thing is the bathroom, especially the bathtub, needs to be renovated.
We will definitely return as soon as possible.
Highly recommended.
