「Did not feel safe. A lot of doors on bottom level including front desk was unlocked amd unattended. You do not need a key to get in this hotel. The parking lot had a lot of people hanging around late at night. Rooms are very dirty. Not vacuumed, dusted, or swept in bathroom, toilet dirty bathtubs grimy and brown and black. There is a gas station located very close and they did have breakfast. Nothing fancy but it was fine enough.」

「Clean room very nice staff.」

「Needs updating」

「I stayed there for four consecutive days. I loved that it was so close to the Ark Encounter venue. My room was clean and spacious. Continental breakfast was good. The Staff was extremely helpful, friendly and attentive. The only downside is that the walls are a little thin or I had some really loud neighbors…it did get quiet by 8:30-9:00 pm and no I didn’t call to complain about the noise. I’m glad that there are conscientious people traveling who are considerate of others.」

「I will never stay in this place again , the place is not well maintained it smells bad , bathroom was dirty, the breakfast was terrible.」

「Although the hotel is older and somewhat outdated, it was clean and well maintained. The staff was exceptional - very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. One thing to keep in mind is that valet parking is only available Friday through Sunday.」

「Great service, clean hotel, in a nice quiet location.」

「經理 櫃臺人員素質差 不專業 態度差 要求打掃才來清掃 只做一部分 用完的備品不補 床單 被子 枕頭不換 沒看過這樣打掃的 沒住過這麼爛的旅宿 永遠不會再來」
