“Overall this was an amazing stay. We had a great weekend. Just for future renters, the space appears much bigger in the photos than it actually is. But it’s perfect for 2 people. It should also be noted that there is a shared entrance and no doors keep you secure from the owners possibly entering. However, the owners of the main home were not present during our stay so there were no issues. They also left us snacks!”

“Gorgeous place right in the heart of downtown Holly. The view overlooking Battle Alley is great. The hosts are extremely responsive, friendly, helpful, and thought of all of the extras to make the stay more enjoyable. Modern amenities throughout. We were in town for a wedding at Venue 111 and it’s less than 1/2 mile away. So convienent.”

“I stayed here for a long weekend to visit my family in a nearby city. It was the perfect respite for me while dealing with some tough family news. The apartment was spotlessly clean (and I am a clean freak!). Just the right amount of space for a single person or couple, everything was labeled, and the house rules were easy to understand. The host stopped by to welcome me and we chatted for a bit. But I also had complete privacy after the brief welcome. She was super friendly and kind. I’ll……

“Fenton Flats is a great place to stay. It has everything you would need in order live like you were at your own home. Chad and his team are great to work with, so any issues that may arise are fixed very quickly. Location is great too...close to downtown, groceries, and a lot of other great things to do.”

“Clean, spacious, quiet, semi-isolated. Nearly perfect for what I needed this week. Had everything I needed. Oddly and inconveniently, multiple outlets in main room don't work unless the lights are on. It would have been nice to have a place to deposit recyclables.”

“We stayed here for 2 nights while attending a dog show in Grand Blanc. The apartment was very clean and perfect for us and the dogs. We wanted to stay somewhere with a kitchen so we could cook a dinner and stay with the dogs instead of leaving them in crates while we ate. The kitchen is really nice. I contacted the host to ask about A/C after realizing it was not listed and hot outside and she came over and installed a window unit in the bedroom that day!! “This was the perfect home away from home for our family group. Plenty of beds and plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen was perfect for food prep for event we had going on. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Due the weather we did not use the hot tub or lake activities. The home is well maintained, clean and as advertised. The host was available to answer questions. Instructions tor arrival were clear. Two minor issues: The house number is not available from the street. It would be nice if the number is on the house by the street. There are four ceiling fan/light remotes. The batteries were dead or missing, so the controls wouldn't work. We replaced the batteries so we could control them.”
