  • Less than 15 minutes to the Ole Miss campus and 20 minutes to Sardis Lake, this 1 bedroom apartment over detached garage is newly painted and decorated. Located on 8-acres, this gem is close enough to town to enjoy the nightlife and dining while giving you plenty of peace and quiet. It boasts a large bedroom with king-size bed and plenty of room for your folded and hanging clothes, full kitchen, bath, and living room. There’s plenty of parking and room for a boat, trailer, or RV.

    A king-size blow-up mattress and bedding can be added to accommodate up to 2 additional guests for a $25 fee.

    Pets allowed only with permission from owner plus a $20 fee.

    Wifi is included along with Roku tv . We hope you'll join us for a relaxing getaway.

Ole Miss Move In

Teri and David are excellent hosts! The apartment is very close to Oxford. This is our third time staying there. Great place to stay. Very quiet and cozy.

Great get away close to campus

This was a perfect place to stay when I needed to be near Oxford, but not right in the middle of the traffic (and the roundabouts). Great apartment and excellent host! I can't wait to come back!

Teri and David could not have been more gracious. Their 'apartment' is absolutely fantastic! If you're coming down to Ole Miss definitely put this on your list as a potential place to stay.

Great Football Weekend

We had a great stay at the 1 bedroom apartment. Communication was top notch and the property was fantastic. Lots of trees, very quiet. Drive into campus was a breeze. Perfect get a way spot for those who want to get away from Oxford, but not too far away.

Great place!

The apartment was super clean and very cozy. Teri even messaged us early to let us know that we could go ahead and check in if we wanted, which was great so that we could freshen up in between the ole Miss game and dinner on the square. Will definitely see if this place is available the next time we head to Oxford!

Ole Miss Fall Family Weekend

The place worked out perfectly for spending the weekend at Ole Miss with our granddaughter for Fall Family Weekend! The place is very spacious and clean with all the amenities. A very short drive to the campus and many stores/restaurants. The hosts are very nice and responsive. I highly recommend this place if you need a place to stay near Ole Miss and can’t wait to go back!

Cute & Clean!

This place was perfect for our stay in Ole MIss for a concert! The place is very cute & clean. It was only a short drive to campus and Teri, the host, was so nice! She even had a king blow-up mattress ready for us when we arrived -for my daughter and a friend to sleep in. I would highly recommend this place if you need a place near Ole Miss!

Loved our stay. One bedroom apartment was roomy, private, and quiet with all full size appliances in the kitchen. King size bed was super comfy, and we loved ceiling fans in each room, We especially loved the fully stocked variety of Keurig K-cups, creams, and sugars! What a nice touch! It had everything we needed and we will definitely stay again the next time we are in Oxford.

Great Location by Ole Miss

We were visiting our granddaughter that goes to Ole Miss and also attended the football game against Oklahoma. This was our 2nd stay at this property as it is very clean, comfy, and conveniently located within 20 minutes of downtown Oxford. We will be back again!

Serenity with short distance to Oxford

On our final trip to Oxford for our son’s graduation, we discovered this gem of a place to stay. We’ve spent 500.00 plus a night for musty and mediocre hotel rooms. This garage apartment is clean, spacious, and tucked into a beautiful wooded area with a view of a large pond. It did take us 14 minutes to get to our son’s apartment but well worth the short drive. They also had a great selection of k-cups and creamers for morning coffee.
