Charming hotel conveniently located in Oxford at Miami University. Bed is very comfortable including pillows and bedding. I enjoyed my stay while visiting my son at school. The restaurant Pickle and Pig is next door highly recommend going there for drinks and dinner

The property overall is perfectly decent and the staff are friendly, but the rooms are extremely dated and need a revamp desperately for the rates that are charged. I have stayed here several times and the location is absolutely excellent, and the restaraunt "attached" to the property is wonderful, but the place overall needs a major refit and refresh as I said.
