The hotel was nice, room clean, water park was nice and clean as well . Temperature was good except in one section of the water park. It had all the splash pads- water was freezing… Check in was mad crazy. Waited in line about 45~ min . The receptionist was very polite and helpful. Even helped out ...

Polynesian Hotel & Suites Wisconsin Dells/Lake Delton
Staff was very nice and the room was clean, furniture was very dated and well used. Beds were comfortable, bedding clean. Living room area was very dark with no windows. Shower/tub needs to be replaced. Refrigerator was adequate. Spacious, just needs a little updating.
