「Clean and spacious room for the price. Service is good and the free shuttle (every 20 min) to and from airport is a definite key advantage as we have heavy luggage. Free travel pass makes travelling to Geneva town center stress-free - bus and trams stops are only a few mins walk away.」

「The staff were not friendly at all somehow rude and unwelcoming. They never smile and even seem very reluctant to greet you.
To be honest, this is not really a hotel, so don’t expect hotel-level service. They don’t properly clean the rooms. The “room service” basically means putting a new toilet roll in the bathroom they don’t even change the towels.
The breakfast is exactly the same every day, with very little variety.
But the most irritating part of the whole experience was the reception...

「I have traveled extensively and visited 45 countries, so I have stayed at many different hotels around the world. Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing.
I was surprised that the hotel did not allow check-in until 4:00 p.m. When I arrived, the reception staff member was not particularly friendly or welcoming. Perhaps that is simply her usual manner, or perhaps I happened to arrive at a busy time, but as a guest, I would have appreciated a warmer and more welcoming...
