"This is our 4th time to stay there within 3 months. We get frustrated because we stay multiple days and even though we put our cleaning sign out our room NEVER gets cleaned. We even had to ask the desk for toilet paper and towels and I told them our room never gets cleaned and they just said sorry. Today I officially complained and they said their hotel policy is to clean only when requested at the front desk. That is posted NOWHERE!!!! Why even bother giving us the do not disturb or makeup room sign then?!? We will stay here agin because it’s the closest hotel to our son who lives on MSU campus but frustrated that it’s hard to get your room clean or fresh towels for a 5-6 day stay!!!!"

"The quiet property was central to everything we wanted to do. The walk down to the waterfalls was a quick little break. We didn't spend time in the Ozark Fun Center but did walk through it. The arcade was bigger than expected. The indoor was unexpectedly closed. There was mold on the handle/crossbar in the bathtub. We only had 3 sets of towels when we arrived for a 4-person check in at 930 pm. They were prompt to bring them to use when we called the front desk. We did play ping pong, shuffleboard, basketball, and several rounds of mini golf. Overall, we would strongly recommend this property and will visit again."
