The heated pool is filthy, and the bathrooms and showers are so disgusting and full of mold and filth that you'd rather not shower to avoid catching a fungal infection. They cut off the electricity and water for four hours one day to trim the trees without warning. They closed the pool because of the power outage, but the restaurant had electricity and water. We had to go to a café in town to use the bathroom. I don't recommend this...

"Pleasant room with lovely view. Very well situated. Access to the funicular a real treat. Good range of food options and super breakfast. Staff all very friendly but poorly trained and managed. We were variously told that we could/could not have a kettle; could/could not use the new terrace area at all; could/could not have a drink there; could/could not have a meal there. Room service unreliable - we were missing towels, bathmat, toilet roll on different days. Muzak in the public areas was absolutely deafening."
