“The unit is immaculate! The furniture is in good shape and appropriate for the space. The beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows and blankets. The kitchen had all of the needed cookware and the appliances are new. Plenty of needed items were provided like garbage bags, dish soap, and even some laundry detergent. The bath had plenty of towels and the shower has shampoo, conditioner, and bodywash dispensers. I have stayed at the Emerald Dolphin many times over the past 10 years or so……

“This is the second time we have stayed at this complex, but first time in this unit. Unit was clean upon arrival. Check in was super easy. The location is the last set of condos before Fort Pickens State Park, which means less crowds and a more relaxing stay. This unit is on the bayside , which is definitely a plus. We watched the dolphins from the balcony and the window inside the condo, almost daily. The reserved parking is very near the elevator, really just a few feet, so very convenient. A……

“Weather held- nice stay in clean property ”

“Amenities were in good condition. Recommendations: 1. An area rug in living room would be more welcoming as floor was scratched pretty bad. 2. The bedroom door in guest bedroom to balcony would not open. 3. TV remote in living room had electrical tape holding the batteries in. Another remote should be secured. 4. The chair in the master bedroom had a leg that was broken. This should be repaired as to avoid personal injury. Overall, the stay was very good and the view was spectacular. Correcting……

“The view of the beach was extraordinary. Unobstructed and beautiful. Balcony furniture was comfortable. Enjoyed watching the sunrise and the sunset. The 2 BR, 2 BA condo was perfect for my daughter and me. We love Portofino for the extra amenities like on property restaurants, beautiful pool and easy access to the beach. ”

“Our stay at Idle Wave was fantastic! The property is clean, nicely furnished and provides a beautiful view of the Gulf. Everything you could possibly need for your stay is provided, including beach gear and every detail has been attended to. Our teenage sons and their friends enjoyed the downstairs area while my husband and I occupied the loft area. We could not have asked for better beach access to both the gulf and the bay. We would definitely return to this property. ”
