Located in the center of the famous and picturesque fishing village of Marzamemi, this 60 sqm attic apartment with sea view can accommodate up to 4 people, with a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room offering two additional comfortable sleeping places. The apartment features a bathroom and a fully equipped private kitchen. You will find air conditioning in all rooms, a TV, a washing machine, and all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. Upon request, the owners can provide a cot or a high chair.



You can also enjoy a private terrace, ideal for admiring the sea view and relaxing during your holiday in Sicily.



You can park your car for free on the street. Please note that events are not allowed on the property.
