"Check-in was easy and staff was very polite. He was helpful and proactive. The room was clean and comfortable. My concern is with the pool/tub. People were just leaving children there alone. The little kids, under 10, took over the hot tub. There was nowhere to sit because all the kids had their shoes/clothes on every chair. So, we didn’t get to enjoy that space. I’d visit again though."
