「Unfortunately the apartment was not prep with the inclusions paid for. There was no WiFi nor live cable and never received assistance towards it. They offered a change of apartment and stated for one day at 9 am and didn’t receive further assistance towards it. 「Having a washing and a dryer in the room was a pleasant surprise. The cleaners, the hotel staff and the chefs were all very pleasant and warm, the space and layout of the room was immaculate. We will definitely recommend it to others and we look forward to returning. Breakfast was good and the location was close to everything.」
