“Clean room, full kitchen and supplies, very close to pool, the pier walk out was super nice! Really enjoyed the pop up market that was there 6/13, office staff was sweet to my little. The only dislike that was not against the property was the consideration of some of the guest playing provocative, extremely loud music at the pool where my family was playing and bringing their little yappy, not friendly dog without a leash who would snap at children. “Location was good. Room was good (roomy with kitchette). Breakfast downstairs at best was average (out of items, no coffee, etc). Some staff were very helpful but others were incovienced (morning weekend front desk).”

“Smell moldy everywhere in the hotel from the moment you step in. It's worse in the room than in the lobby. It was very disgusting and made me sick. Air outside wasn't smelly and was not humid. Something is wrong with the hotel and I feel it was from the moldy carpet. You don't want to stay here even though there is a free night.”

“Overall, the room was clean, easy to check in, and close parking. The photos online didn’t really match up with how the room was in person. There were also issues with the toilet not flushing and the front door not fully closing shut.”

“The best thing about our small cramped room was the Roku TV. We had an accident and spilled a cup of coffee. I contacted the Bluff's Landing text number to advise we had spilled a cup of coffee. I told them we would need a couple of more bath towels because there were no paper towels to clean up the coffee. We never received any assistance from the property management. After we got home, the property management sent me a bill for $40 for the coffee stained towels. I paid the bill, but we will……

“There was limited to no maintenance done. They claim to have complimentary breakfast but there was barely any food provided and when it finished it was not replenished. The I booked was advertised as having a mini fridge and microwave, but what we got was a mini-mini fridge (tiny) and no microwave. They could not even provide an ice bucket to get ice. An finally, when checking out the manager refused to provide a receipt (either by email or printed copy). By far one of my worst stays at a hotel.”

“This was hands down the most horrific and terrible motel experience of our entire lives, and it completely ruined our very first vacation to this area. We paid full price for a two-night stay, but it was an absolute waste of money because the room lacked even the most basic items. There was no refrigerator, no microwave, and no hair dryer anywhere in the room. Even worse, they did not even provide basic toiletries like soap, shampoo, or conditioner, leaving us with absolutely nothing to wash……

“The rooms are quite nice, clean and probably the nicest we have been in on our budget. Kitchen is what we needed, stocked with enough kitchen gadgets to cover our daily meals. Every single employee here is so wonderful and hospitable. From Front desk to cleaning staff. We have immensely enjoyed our stay.
