Packwood is a year-round destination with plenty of activities, regardless of season. Visitors can go hiking, fishing, and kayaking in the summer, while in the winter, they can hit the slopes at the nearby ski resorts. Main attractions allow visitors to enjoy nature at all times of the year.

Guest access:
Electronic Door Lock. The home is exclusively yours, without interruption during your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. There is a 2nd rental property on site, "The AlpenHaus" is separate from the main home and is above the detached garage and has it's own parking space.

Other things to note:
-There is a small basement area that is locked and not available for guest access.
-There is an outdoor security camera above the garage door facing the driveway

During the summer a burn ban may go into effect in all of Lewis County. During this time campfires, the use of charcoal briquettes, and any other form of burning may be prohibited.

Winters in Packwood may get very snowy. It is the guest's responsibility to be properly equipped for harsh winter driving conditions. We do our best to keep our cabins accessible, but winter traction tires and 4-wheel drive may still be required.
