「The Naked Elk met our expectations and then some! Our group of 10 (9 adults and a wee one) had a fabulous time. Super close to town but since it’s on a dead end street, very tranquil. The home was tastefully remodeled and we loved all the personal touches at the cabin, and imagining all the fun memories created at this place. Rooms were spacious especially the master. We slept really well (quality bedding) and ate really well! The kitchen was well stocked with good countertop and cooking space....

「Awesome cozy rental located near the Steven’s Canyon entrance at Mt. Rainier national park. After long hikes we enjoyed relaxing in the nice hot tub and using gas fire pit on site! Our group of 5 fit comfortably here. Close to Packwood with a good brewery/ pub, market, and gas station. The Host Laura was very communicative and made the whole check in process simple. 」

「This is such a beautiful place to stay. We travelled to Washington so that I could hike in Mt. Rainier National Park, and this house is conveniently located just minutes away from it. The home is clean, spacious, comfortable, and well appointed. The owners are very responsive and helpful. And the five acres of property in which it is located are beautiful and peaceful. I would love to stay here again. I almost enjoyed the home and acreage as much as the hiking! 」

「This Packwood house was a perfect place for a Mt Ranier hiking trip. We were well situated behind and near the restaurants in town and were less than a 20 minute drive to the Steven's Canyon entrance into the national park. The yard was full of fruit trees and bushes, which both we and the neighboring elk families enjoyed. The patio deck was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the perfect weather and nice scenery.
