"I booked based on excellent rating on Hotels.com, those must be fake reviews, the hotel is old, dated, dirty, uncomfortable. There is no bar as listed on Hotels.com. Food is terrible in the huge empty “restaurant”. I checked out two days early even with non-refundable booking and went to the much much better ZHM and Mercure"
