“Yes only one Item missing from Kitchen was a potato peeler, and the Knifes could do with a sharpen. But was very happy with the kitchen.”

“Location was excellent. Very quiet, plenty of parking for our 4 cars. Bedrooms were a good size. Great amount of crockery and cutlery for our family of nine. Prompt responses from our host.Weather was mild so heating was adequate, no central heating for colder weather. No a/c. Backyard was overgrown so we didn't go outside. Ensuite looked tired and there was architrave missing over door.Breakfast provisions were some cereal, tea, coffee. No milk, juice, bread, etc.”

“I would say place is very average in terms of standard, good few key issues such as squeaky floor, loose bed frames which may impact your sleep - impacted us. Front and back yard needs lots of clean up, didn't impact us. Other issues such as fan, tissues, gas burner, power trip all were actively sorted by host. My Rating for host is high. He is very responsive and available to sort what is possible he could, helpful for any information ”

“Overall, the property was in a great location, perfect size for our party of 10 and communication from Lydia before checking was clear and quick.Unfortunately, the property needs some immediate TLC with a super deep clean (showers had built up grime, mould on ceiling on second floor, dirty frypan with old food found in oven, dirty frypans and saucepans, broken glassware in a drawer in the bedroom, build up of crumbs under the glass top of the dining table) and basic maintenance. “This is in a great location - handy to get to shops and public transport links. If you have a car the park is helpful too. Check in process was smooth. We appreciated the coffee and cornflakes too.A few negatives for us:Cleanliness - while the important things like beds and kitchen tops were clean, the apartment would benefit from a deeper clean all over (wardrobe shelves, skirting boards etc). When we arrived there was sauce and other removable marks on the couch which we put a blanket over.……
