Excellent staff, clean and comfortable

An excellent Best Western. We had a wonderful 4 night stay and the staff was very helpful. Great breakfast buffet including made to order coffee. The staff went the extra mile, making us a late dinner and great drinks. A safe and convenient location but not near the sites of Padua.

quality business stay

The hotel is located nearby the industrial area and yet in a quiet and well served district. A quality restaurant is just 5 minutes walk away. The hotel is of good quality and offers a large parking area that is a plus in the area. Rooms and service are such as you expect from a 4* hotel. Quality continental breakfast. I will stay again in this hotel and I can recommend it.

worst hotel experince ever

this hotel has several separated buildings, they gave me a room in the building right behind the reception building, terrible, tiny room with cheap mattress, you can hear everything of next door, the wall is like paper thin, so I asked them to change me to another building, finally better; but the next morning around 11 the reception called and said you have to check out, other wise they will charge for another day...I understand your policy, but no need to be very rude. the worst experience ever around all the Italian hotels I ever stayed, I travel to Italy every month for work, by far this is the worst. I normally don't have time to leave more than 3 words no matter how good or bad the place is, but this time I have to let the other clients on this site know about this hotel. I stayed at many Best westerns in Italy, they are all ok, but not this one.

Leggermente meno in linea degli altri Best Western, niente bolitore in camera per il the, camera al 1° piano (4 stelle) con una rampa di scale da fare !??. Colazione ok, parcheggio interno, tv samsung lcd di grande dimensione.
