Beautiful renovated colonial villa of the 1930s, located on the seafront overlooking Moorea with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, located in the town of Paea 26 km from Papeete.
The villa Le Ficus has an area of 370m2 located on a plot of 1200m2.
This property is composed of:
- a very large living room with a very large terrace of 72m2
- a fully equipped kitchen
- 4 bedrooms, one with a bed of 1.8mx2m, a room with 1 bed of 1.8mx2m, a room with 2 beds of 1.4mx 2m and a room with 2 single beds
- 3 bathrooms
- a laundry room with washing machine and dryer
- a beautiful salt pool of 8m x 5m
- barbecue
- paddles and masks are available
- a garage for 2 cars with outside parking
- free wifi access

This property is the perfect place for a family to have fun and relax. You can admire the sunset every night on Moorea with a glass of wine or a beer under the Ficus.
You can take the paddle and go to the turquoise blue lagoon to dive and meet fish, rays, small sharks and beautiful corals.
The Gulf of Papara is 15 minutes from the house.
For lovers of kitesurfing, when the northwest wind is at the rendezvous you can kite just in front of the property.
There are several convenience stores located less than 10 minutes away.

Amazing Visit!

Christelle was a super host! She was extremely responsive to our questions before and during our trip. The house was perfect for our family. Easy access to the lagoon and snorkeling. It was so nice and fully equipped that our family preferred to eat on the outdoor patio rather than go to the restaurants. The pictures don't do the house or garden justice. Les vacances de nos rêves!

Villa d'exception

De cette villa d'exception et agréable à vivre à 10 personnes, nous avons pu visiter aussi bien Papeete et le nord de Tahiti que le sud, le jardin botanique et pu approcher la fameuse vague des JO 2024. Nous avons également pu profiter de la piscine, de la mer et des équipements disponibles comme les canoés et les padles.

Beautiful house

The house is very clean, well provisioned, and beautifully decorated. It is a bit of a drive from Papeete and typically we experienced traffic. Cleaning staff and pool cleaner came throughout our visit, keeping everything well maintained.

Amazing Property and Enjoyable Stay

This was an incredibly stunning property that blew away our expectations. It's a gorgeous and comfortable property inside and out. Tiare met us upon arrival and showed around the property and highlighted everything we might need. It is a well-appointed property with fully stocked kitchen with all the dishes you could need, water dispenser, juices and beer in the fridge, and light snacks. All of the bedrooms had air conditioning, and there were also fans available for the main rooms. The fresh flowers throughout the home were an unexpected but lovely touch. Tiare was very responsive and also provided us with restaurant recommendations and anything we needed. While we had planned to eat out for meals, we loved the property so much that we ate most meals at home! We and our kids thoroughly enjoyed the home, the pool, and the beach access so much that we can't wait to go back!

Lovely

We really enjoyed our stay. It is true the pictures do no do the property justice. It is a beautiful home and the decor is quite special. The location was off the main tourist route which made it possible to experience the local culture. We hope to come back. One of our favorite VRBOs for sure.

Great location, amazing snorkeling

This house is older, but very bright, clean and comfortable. It has been redone well. The pool is very nice, and the big lanai area is great to have for the rain and sun. The ficus tree outside is an unbelievable place to lay in the hammock and enjoy the view. There is so much good snorkeling between the house, and where the waves break on the reef. Overall, we were very happy with this rental house. It is definitely one of the nicer houses on the island beachfront.

Tres Bon!

A fantastic property. Better than the pictures. Heaps of different spaces to relax in, inside and out. Sheltered from the prevailing easterly wind. Extremely well equipped- coffee maker, blender, heaps of cutlery, glasses and crockery. Very secure, quiet neighbourhood. Bring ear plugs for those who sleep in the smaller room as there is a lot of traffic on the road outside. Pool is well maintained, good temperature and was well used! The reef full of fish and coral, needs a bit of a paddle to get out to it but we’ll worth the serenity of the SUP! 5 stars, would go back in a flash.

Christmas in paradise!

We just completed a 7 night stay at your beautiful home. We could not have asked for a better experience. The house is stunning, and the view is breathtaking. We loved all the beautiful Christmas decorations! We felt like we had a private lagoon, where we paddle boarded, snorkeled and kayaked daily. The pool is so refreshing! Thank you for your immediate responses to the many questions we had about restaurants, experiences etc. Tahiti is magical, and your home made this family trip very memorable. Perfect.

We (group of 7) choose this property to spend an extended weekend in Tahiti before heading to other islands. The home and property are even nicer than the pictures. Fresh high quality linens and towels, fresh cut flowers and the local and inspired us to spend some time in the local galleries. Our entire group agreed it was great for a short stay but would be even better for a long one. We hope to visit again soon. Thank you!

A Beautiful Home

The home was absolutely beautiful. The furnishings were lovely, the house was very comfortable, and everything you could need is there and in perfect working order. The view was amazing and the pool was sparkling clean. The property manager did a fabulous job in communicating with us. We were even provided videos to help us locate some of the best local restaurants. The airport is only a 20 minute drive away and grocery stores were easy to get to and well stocked. This was the perfect Tahiti home for us.

What an incredible stay we enjoyed at Le Ficus. Christelle was a pleasure to work with, was responsive, flexible, and eager to please. The villa itself exceeded expectations in terms of decor, comfort and amenities.our group of 9 friends/family loved being out in the water, playing in the pool and watching the mesmerizing sunsets. AMAZING!

This was one of my favorite VRBO spots I've stayed. Tiare met us at the airport upon our arrival to ensure we got to the house with no issues. The property was stunning, it had everything you would need and was in a great location. Tiare was responsive the entire time we were there and even helped us get back to the airport for our return. The lagoon right out front is full of fish and coral to see on the paddle boards available at the property. Ending the day in the pool with the sunset was lovely as well. I would give this 5+ stars. Thank you!
