“Our stay at Antara by Sleeping Lion felt quite underwhelming for the price we paid. The residence is often promoted with a lot of hype, but the experience did not match the expectations. Since it is a residence and not a hotel, we did not receive services that we usually associate with this price range. There was no room service and no daily housekeeping. We had to call the staff just to get our trash collected, and trash bags were only provided after we asked.

“The property is embedded in a beautiful scenery and has a great view from the balcony. It is spacious and most things function well. It is a bit dirty, and a bit worn-out. Staff is friendly, uncoplicated. Parking on-site. ”

“The Futon little bit dirty. Have a spot at futon. Then the water heater like some trouble at master bedroom .. Don't have a hot water if we get a shower. Have a window no curtain so i always wear a hijab cause outsider can see through the window to the living room.
Overall is okay. My kids also like to stay there but must improve for furniture to make guest happy to stay. Also i can cook for my family. The receptions also good. Fast responsive. I will repeat again but please change the futon……
