Upon arrival at this property 1st impressions were not great, it had scaffolding all around and it all intents and purposes looked closed.
Once we entered the property there was no one there to check us in, only a sign saying to call a number of any issues. I called the number a total of 7 times with no one answering left messages etc.
Eventually a man arrived who proceeded to give us our room keys.
Once we got to our rooms, the rooms at 1st glance they appeared tired but were clean, well apart from the bathroom!!!
In the room I was in the toilet seat was broken, the shower was cold, the cleanliness of the shower was questionable, there was only 1 cup when there were 2 in the room!!
On the plus side the hotel was warm and the beds comfortable.
All in all there was no one there to make a complaint too.
I wouldn’t book here again , yes it was cheap but this is a clear example of you get what you pay for.
I understand that the hotel maybe going through a refurbishment but that should have been made clear at the time of booking, the photos on the site were very misleading
