🪵 Hot Tub Use (shared, wood-fired): 1 free session, then CLP 30,000 per session · book 12 h ahead · max. 2 h per session.

Enjoy 1 complimentary session during your stay, subject to availability. The hot tub is shared with the neighboring cabins on the same property, and each session is limited to a maximum of 2 hours. The complimentary session does not necessarily have to take place on the first night if there is no availability. From the second use onward, a fee of CLP 30,000 per session applies, payable directly upon arrival. The service must be requested at least 12 hours in advance. Any additional use must be coordinated directly with the local hosts.



Guest Access:

🏡 Guests will have access to the entire cabin and the available shared areas within the property, including the outdoor pool and lake access area.

🌳 Balcón del Lago sits on the shores of Laguna de Aculeo, a rural lakeside setting in Paine — about 44 min / 29.6 km from Paine's town center (shops, pharmacy, supermarket) and 53 min / 48.9 km from Mallplaza Sur. For a night out, Monticello Grand Casino & Convention Center is about 40 min / 31.8 km away. Since the property is located in a natural rural and lakeside setting, please keep in mind that conditions may vary, including temperature changes, insects, and access road conditions.



Getting Around:

🚗 A car is strongly recommended — the cabin is about 1h10min / 78 km from Santiago International Airport (SCL) via Ruta 5 and G-546, with tolls. There is no public transit directly serving the property; the nearest town, Paine, is 44 min / 29.6 km away. Free on-site parking is available.



Other Things to Note:

🚫 No parties, or events allowed.

🐾 Pets allowed: up to 2 small pets or 1 medium/large pet (must be added to reservation)

🐕 Please note that there is one friendly dog on the property.

📝 Mandatory online registration before arrival (3-5 min) through the guest portal; the steps and the security deposit are detailed in the house rules.



🏊 The pool is shared with other guests within the property.
