Painesville Hotel with Pool

"While the staff was accommodating and friendly, we encountered issues with the elevator not working properly, and then a major plumbing problem that flooded the first floor. There was also no water in the spa. Any other time I would have given it another star in each catergory."

"I booked the Hot tub room through Expedia and got told I booked through a third party so they gave away my room for the night to someone else. Called me 20 minutes before check in. Not the workers fault - but upset that I didn’t get the room that was the whole reason why I booked there. What’s the point of Expedia if it’s not going to work."

"Paid through Expedia and the hotel charged me again when I checked in. Had to take care of all of that at check out which made me late. Hotel was nice and had a nice bar/pool and work out area. "

"Room wasnt clean, hair was everywhere Jacuzzi wasnt cleaned out either."

"Very clean. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Decor was dated but well maintained. Only drawback is hearing the street noises as sirens/emergency was close by. Would recommend staying here."
