Close to the sea but balcony sheltered from the breeze. Aircon effective. It was near an Aldi and two Mercadonas, as well as two bus stops and about a 7 minute walk to the tram station. My only negative was the hot water heater was not working well, even first thing in the morning, or it may just be set to only allow hot water use for a few minutes at time then needs significant time to reheat.
