「翌日の航空機のフライトがAM6時30分だったのでAM4時30分にタクシーを手配して頂くようレセプションの女性に依頼した。その時点で、その女性も了承した。 翌朝AM4時00分にチェックアウトをお願いした所、タクシーはAM5時30分に来るとの事。抗議した所「あなたは別の人と話したので私は知らない。」と言われた。見かねた作業の為出張で宿泊していた？お客様？に空港迄送って頂く。 又、チェックイン時カードキーを受領し部屋に入ろうとした所ドアは開かず。 再度レセプションに行った所、期限が切れていたとの事。」

「Kul att ha varit här men vi kommer inte åka dit igen. Ligger långt bort och var inte imponerade av omgivningen. Men själva stället var väldigt fint och välordnat. Kul att se alla draghundar. Bara engelsktalande personal. Tror att den här ålatsen gör sig bäst vintertid.」

「We had a lovely time in Jockfall ad the kids in our group had a great time playing on the snow.Unfortunately we had some issues relating to maintenance, upkeep and cleaning of the house.For instance, there was no functioning light in the sauna or shower room. When we contacted the host he gave us the number to a person who no longer worked with the house. To use the sauna we had to use torchlights. The cleanliness was also substandard. There was a plate of food in the microwave left over from...
