It’s not our first visit to the resort. I think Banyan Tree Krabi has been one on the best so far. The resort is very new as compared to other locations. Services have been top notch, can’t ask for more. I can tell that all staff members are happy from their sincere greetings every single time we see them. Housekeeping has been doing a wonderful job as well. The view from our room is second to none. We will be back soon 😊

Staff are friendly and helpful Room is big with a private pool Can see sunset from the room A wide variety of food for semi-buffet breakfast Location is convenient

hotel, food, staff...are all excellent, will come back again if we return to Krabi.

Everything here was very good, the beach cushions, staff, restaurant. Very relaxing resort and just a short drive to the lively areas so best of both. Only negatives are weak wifi and lots of flies at breakfast but you would expect this given the location.

This hotel is a bit far from Ao Nang city centre but with the shuttle bus service, it just takes less than 10 min to get there, so it's not a problem at all. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The room is clean and tidy, the pool is larger than I expected and it's very clean too. Breakfast was served in room but it was not cooked at the spot. Some of the food was a bit cold already. Overall speaking, I'm very happy with the stay here.

Very good hotel，the staff are nice and very helpful

Overall I am very please for my stay in this hotel, especially I would like to give high credit to their staff. This is because on one morning, my car cannot be started due to the issues of the battery. The doorman there came at once to my car and very pro-actively offered for assistance. In the end, he and his colleagues helped to start my car and also change my tyre as they saw that one of my tyre was flat. For this reason, I highly recommended this hotel because of their friendly staff.
