This practical ground-floor apartment enjoys a small, covered terrace which is furnished with an outside dining table providing the perfect alfresco extension to the main living space.

Inside, the open-plan living space is furnished with a double sofa bed, a smart flat-screen HDTV and a dining table for four. This area also incorporates the kitchen which is equipped with; a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave and a fridge freezer. Large French windows open onto the terrace.

Location

The property is located in Palau a charming coastal town in northern Sardinia. The town is known for its beautiful beaches and clear turquoise waters. It is also a gateway to the Maddalena Archipelago. The town lies halfway between Costa Smeralda (a 50-minute drive) and Santa Teresa Gallura (a 30-minute drive).

From Palau\'s marina (a 25-minute walk), visitors can take a 20-minute ferry ride to the island of La Maddalena, where they will find Spiaggia di Punta Tegge one of the most beautiful beaches in the archipelago. Sun worshippers can enjoy the pristine beaches of Spiaggia dell\'Isolotto (a 15-minute walk) and Spiaggia di Porto Faro (a 7-minute drive). There is also a boat rental service in the bay, a 4-minute walk from the house.

Palau has a vibrant local market (a 25-minute walk away) on Piazza Due Palme where visitors can buy fresh produce, seafood and local crafts. There are also numerous shops selling Sardinian products such as olive oil, wine, cheese, and traditional handicrafts. The closest restaurants and supermarkets are a 15-minute walk from the accommodation.
