Relaxing Penthouse (156m²): 80m² Panoramic Terrace and Bike Garage! Your exclusive retreat in Palau-saverdera on the Costa Brava. Renovated penthouse of 156m² in total, where the absolute protagonist is its impressive 80m² private terrace with unobstructed views of the Gulf of Roses, the Serra de Rodes, and the Canigó.

THE TERRACE (80m² for exclusive use): The heart of the house. It connects to the living room through a 3-meter window that floods the room with light. Enjoy a chill-out area with sofas, sun loungers, an outdoor hose, and an outdoor dining area. Ideal for breakfast at sunrise or dining under the stars with total privacy.

INTERIOR AND COMFORT: Open-plan space, wooden floors, and warm decoration. Bedrooms: 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom with two beds. All are exterior-facing. Bed linen included. Technology: Flat-screen TV, Air Conditioning, fans, heating and radiators, and free WiFi (fiber optic, ideal for remote work). Kitchen: Fully equipped for "foodies": dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and complete kitchenware. Bathroom: Modern, with a walk-in shower, washing machine, hairdryer, and iron.

STRATEGIC LOCATION: Located on a quiet street in the old town, away from the crowds but close to everything. On foot: Local bakeries, shops, and restaurants just a few minutes away. By car: 6 km from the beaches of Roses and 16 km from Golf Peralada. Key points: Only 23 km from Cadaqués and 20 km from the Dalí Museum. Perfect base for exploring the Cap de Creus and Aiguamolls parks.

🚴 PARKING AND CYCLISTS: Cars: Free parking always available and very easy on the same street (safe area). Bikes and Motorbikes: We offer a free PRIVATE CLOSED GARAGE in the same building. Secure space for your sports equipment.

PLEASE NOTE: It is a 2nd floor without an elevator (comfortable access via a wide staircase). We live on the first floor. We seek tranquility: parties are NOT allowed (quiet hours 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM).

PALAU-SAVERDERA is a charming village in the Alt Empordà (Girona) that preserves all the Mediterranean essence. Its narrow and cobbled streets, along with the stone houses, create an authentic and quiet atmosphere, ideal for disconnecting. Its history dates back to the Middle Ages, as evidenced by monuments such as the Romanesque church of Sant Joan (11th century), the church of Santa Maria, and vestiges of castles and defense towers, such as the Sant Salvador castle, the Torre de les Hores, and the Vilamarí castle. The village is known for its spectacular views of the Pyrenees, the Bay of Roses, and the Serra de Rodes, especially from the Plaza Mirador-Balcó de l’Empordà and the hermitage of Sant Onofre, located at an altitude of 400 meters. Palau-saverdera is surrounded by nature, between the Cap de Creus Natural Park and the Aiguamolls de l’Empordà Natural Park, making it an ideal starting point for hiking, cycling, and horseback riding routes. Among its attractions, the Neolithic settlement of Ca n’Isach, the Timba pool, the Roja cork oak forest, and the central square with cafes and restaurants where you can enjoy local gastronomy also stand out. The festive atmosphere is experienced in celebrations such as the Festa Major, the Fiesta de la Carne de Perol, Halloween, and the pilgrimage of Sant Onofre. The best thing about Palau-saverdera is its privileged location: it is close to everything, just 5-6 km from the beaches of Roses and very well connected to Cadaqués, Figueres, the natural parks of Cap de Creus and Aiguamolls de l’Empordà, and the main attractions of the Alt Empordà. However, despite this proximity to the most popular tourist spots on the Costa Brava, the village maintains the authentic tranquility of a medieval town, even on the most touristic dates. Its stone streets, the Mediterranean atmosphere, and the slow pace mean that you can enjoy the essence of the Empordà and its natural environment without crowds, making it a perfect refuge.
