「The hotel was centrally located and the proprietors -- Luisa and Giuseppe -- were absolutely wonderful. They went out of their way to help us in any way they could -- from reataurant recommendations to finding us drivers from Florence airport to their hotel and then from Montepulciano to Naples. We couldn't have done it without them. Wonderful people!!! Grazie!」

They served us a delicious breakfast, gave us information about restaurants and wine tastings, provided help with transportation. We hope to return soon. This place is a gem. 「Hotel is along the road, very convenient to find parking and the address. The rooms are a bit old, but the view is stunning with a panorama of the entire Tuscan countryside. The hotel offers dinner, but if you’re willing to drive for 10 mins there is some delicious, great value dining options in town. 」

「The property is extremely well located near the start of the old town and was walkable to everywhere. Our room was small but very lovely and when we stuck our heads out of the window, we had an amazing view of the old town! The only problem was parking - we couldnt find any bc of a festival - but thats not the hotels fauot! Just be a bit organsjed - and i recommend parking behind the bus terminal (Eu10 per day).」

「Heat didnt work, it was FREEZING. Contact didnt seem to be local, seemed like they were managing remotely and couldnt or wouldnt send anyone to help. Nor did they really seem to care. Beautiful area though!」

「Upstairs neighbors had kids and were noisy. I think to make this perfect, guests with young kids should be kept in the lower levels! The pool was great but the water was rather cold!」

「Absolutely wonderful here. I had a pleasant stay of one night. The hotel host and all the staff I encountered here are friendly and welcoming. It is a relatively small property. But it offers personal hospitality that reminds me of why I love Italy! The owner even helped me move my car upon my request. 」
