「An Exceptional Stay – Outstanding Service and Wonderful Staff!
Our employees had a wonderful stay at this hotel and were extremely satisfied with their overall experience. From the moment they arrived, they were welcomed with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
The hotel provided a comfortable and pleasant environment, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service delivered by the staff. The entire team was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help, ensuring that our...

「The room was dirty and stuffy, with no fresh air at all. There were hairs from the previous guest still on the bed sheets, which clearly hadn't been changed. After a 16-hour journey, all I wanted was a hot shower and some sleep, but there wasn't even any hot water. This is truly a place you should not stay at.」

「The picture on the Expedia site is not the location of the property. The picture is of a bar at the corner. The bar tender seemed annoyed that I asked wher5e the property was (like it has happened before).」

「This apartment was an absolute gem! Situated right on the edge of the old town pedestrian only zone, there is access to all the shops and restaurants and museums you could want. Within walking distance to the gondola and brewery, and a block from the tram stop for visiting the tunnel of hope. The apartment is quite roomy and has many amenities if you want to stay in, but go out and explore this city!!!」
